Graduate Student in fundamental research in Cognitive Sciences specialized in Social and Emotional Neuroscience. I'm interested in the understanding of the cognitive mechanisms involved in social interactions and their adaptations in different situations. My project consists in investigating the impact of imminent dangers on the way humans perceive each other and act together. To do so, I have developed and validated a within-subject paradigm to experimentally induce anxiety states among participants, when they are performing specific social cognition tasks. Results should allow to better understand human reactions to threats, in particular in a social context.
